and a Non OEM motherboard. Did you get your PC from a major brand (aka Dell Emachine Etc) If so your FSB is most likely locked/not visible.

btw to gamingbug, ur X2 3800+ is NOT 4GHZ, its only 2ghz but has 2 cores, it doesnt make it 4 ghz. then a conroe 4 core 2.4ghz cpu would be 9.6ghz
