will you just use the server on your lan or over the internet?
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

Download the Windows TS server from www.goteamspeak.com. Install it. When you run it for the first time, it will give you the Admin login/password, and the super admin login/password. Write them down, as you will have to re-install to obtain them again.

Once it's up, give your friends on your LAN the IP to your computer, and that's all you have to do. The IP can be found by right clicking the server icon on your task bar (near clock), and then going to IP or something relevant.

Now, if you want your buddies to connect over the internet, you have to forward the TCP port "8767" and make a static IP for your computer.

I don't know why people even use TeamSpeak anymore.

Ventrilo > TeamSpeak
