MEC Special Forces Ribbon

Hey Everyone,

I have a question and I sure hope someone can help me out here.
I have been trying to get all my SF Ribbons and Medals.
I have met all the requirements for the MEC Special Forces Ribbon yet I
still can't seem to get it, I am 16 hours away from having the MECSF Service
Medial and I would think I would get the ribbon before I get the medal.

That's a stumper. Looks like you should have it by now. Try playing all the mecsf maps one more time each? Dunno.

You tried playing MECSF on a ranked server one more time? You may get it then.

Thanks guys, I got it finally! It looks like you have to have 50 Wins as a MEC on a MECSF map only, plus the 50 Hours of play time as MEC on MECSF maps and 1s place on every MECSF map as a MEC, you then have to have to win one more on a MECSF map as MEC to get the ribbion.... whew.

Again, no clue why you shouldn't have it. Ribbon has got to be bugged. Try playing each map again once on a ranked server.

Keep trying. Mine arrived at around 57 hours in theatre. I've seen other people say it arrived late.

Yeah, now that I think about it my SAS ribbon didn't pop up until around 52 hours in theater. I'm thinking Swashbuckler had WAY more than 50 hrs in theater though, which doesn't make sense.

Me I got nearly all those ribbons strictly at 50 hrs, only MECSF was given to me at 49 (!) hrs - you can imagine my astonishment.

MECSF & Seal-Ribbon should be given the same time because the theaters are the same!
The Theater-Time + 1 second on every map worked for me for every other ribbon. The MECSF somehow seems to have a minimum points IAR requirement? I got mine 2 days later than my Seal-Ribbon.

Wait I get it. If you have 50 hours as insurgents on warlord you also have the 50 hours in the SAS THEATER so thats how it works. A bit confusing...

That doesn't seem to be the case. I have had a few rounds in devil's perch the last few days where I had more then 100 points on the MECSF side, apart from that I've got +70 hours in theater and still no ribbon. It's just bugged I guess.

I finally got it after 59 hours . . . near as I can tell it did NOT require 50 wins (I got the ribbon before my 50th win). . . . and it didn't require first place wins on every map (I got 2nd and 3rd, but no first place). . . . I think the key was an MEC team win as MEC on each US/MEC map . . . . but I'm not 100 % on that . . .

Everybody seems to have problems getting it. I finally got it at about 29hrs army & 53 hrs theater after playing a "good round" as mecsf and winning. Looking at your stats, you are way better than me, so I have no idea why you shouldn't already have it. Maybe you have to swim to the gator once.

Hey, when you get the medal, I trade my Ribbon for it...

having fun with the ribbons currently....at 52 hours for us and mec, have got us seals ribbon but not mec...which i see is a trend that could mean ill get it anywhere from 55 to 80 hours....fun...also got insurgent ribbon after 41 hours! weird.....oh well i get it when i get it i guess

I got the same problem. Got awarded the Navy Seal Ribbon but no MEC ribbon.
Even though it says I have acheived the requirements.

It's freakin bugged. I'm now stymied on the Insurgent ribbon, game just won't cough it up no matter what I do. Give up on understanding.
