I can understand when being shot at why you jump and dive around like that but run around the whole map makes no sense..

Possible but if he's SL wouldn't he want his teammates to help him cap the flag, because if he goes in all alone then he's going to die which he did.

Yes but as he said, they are original sounds from UT, which were ripped without permission and added to CS 1.6 using StatsMe. CS:S doesnt have them as much yet.
