I have just bought another bfg 6800 gt oc video card and have two now for sli X16 for the ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce SPP 100 ATX AMD Motherboard what kind of power supply am i going to need to power them both and a cooling syestem????? I am not a pro soo please spare me.

From my hunt for a good video card a while back, I was looking at two 7800's for SLI, I believe it recommended 400W for that. I think 4-500W is a safe bet for those two. Check out Newegg.com, they usually have useful information in their product descriptions, just look up the card you have and it should tell you what it requires for SLI.

yeah i would say that 500W quality PSU is enough. For cooling the gfx stick with the stock cooler unless you want to void your warranty. If you want to replace it urgently i suggest water (best option) or a zalman vf-900.
