I just use both A /D/W and .... MY MOUSE
Lol what a weird poll, I keep the A and W keys down and dip the jet then turn round with the afterburners on.

Bank with left or right arrow keys.
Use corresponding rudder/yaw key (A for left, D for right)
Pull up using down arrow key
Sometimes you don't need to use the rudder. Depends on the situation. Sometimes you only use the rudder when fine tuning something like a runway landing or taxi-ing or a bombing run. Of course it's all about 100X easier with a Joystick but i can't be bothered to get one

I use the joystick, its crazy, whenever I fly without it, I just do terrible! I do use the rudder alll the time though. My stats would be totaly different if I didn't have a joystick.
I use A/D for small ajustments ehen im bombing, but mostly I use the mouse.

Turn the plane on its side and pull up. Unless I'm going up against a skilled dogfighter, in which case I do all kinds of crazy stuff to try to shake him/keep him on my 12.
Using only the A and D keys on the keyboard or twisting the joystick is turning with just rudder, which makes for very very wide turns.
combination of banking & pulling up (or down for that matter) and rudder
