Hi every one first time post. I was playen Bf2 today and I noticed that all my unlocks were locked and on the score board it showed me as a Private instead of a gunny srgt. Now I went back to start up menu to look at my HQ and nothing has changed. Thats one problem the other is that while playing a server one of my team mates name title will been red and I end up killing him resulting in a tk. Are these problems bugs or something? The Funny thing is, is that I made fun of a guy cause he wanted to know the samething during a game. He wanted to know why he was private and I replyed with "cause you suck" Just being a smart ass.
Its just a bug nothing to worry bout....just connect to a different server and you should be right again....i think its just a server problem

yeah happens alot on certain servers, I just leave and come back and I'm at the right rank but it sucks when you don't notice ( I tried to be a commander and I got out ranked by a SGT. but I'm a 1st SGT. also when when I'm running around causing mayhem and I start to get awarded basic badges) I hope that it get fixed with the other problems when this new patch comes out with "Road to Jahallalalala" map on it

YOU are connecting to another persons game server. Maybe your connection is either too fast or too slow or you are connecting when the game has just ended the the computer had too much Sam Adams and Mary Jane and said "doooood, watch this maaaaan, Ima fffuck this little butter bar uuuuup, haha, now's the shitters a private, ddooooodd" or someone disconnected and couldn't decide what team to put you on. It happens.

it happens sometimes your rank will be PFC or something and you have either all your unlocks and stuff or you get basic badges coz it thinks you are private
