I've met my global requirements for my MEC special forces ribbon and I still have not received it. I am actually concerned that it may have been a ribbon that Dice did not fix the requirements on. I see plenty of people who actually have this ribbon and I am not one of those people.

Any suggestions?

Yep I had the same problem, but the ribbion came at about 54 hours, just keep trying and make sure you have played all the MEC special forces maps.

Don't know if they changed it with the patch, at least there's no info in the patch 1.3 forums about it. I got mine after a MECSF round 2 days later than my Seal-Ribbon. Maybe it has an IAR requirement (by error)
