Download the patch from somewhere else then re-patch, I had the same problem.

Reinstall the game and install full patch, I can give you file that will get read of that message but you will only get more of them, so your best bet like others have suggested would be reinstall the game and full patch.

when you say the game do you mean bf2 vanilla or bf2 sf?
i reinstalled sf but it dont still worked so now i reinstall 1.3 agen and then i instal sf patch
