Dragon Valley- Takes place in a valley in the Minshan Mountain Range in China. Although no "Dragon Valley" really exists, this is where the map is located.

I've seen that site (the swedes are recommended to check out the award section ). Those pictures are most likely random pictures that resembles the map in some way. I doubt they are from the actual place.

Delian plant is---This map is based on the real location of Dalian in eastern China. The map bears some resemblance to the real Dalian, such as the three bits of land that fork out. However, the area around Dalian is not mountainous, and the power station hasn't been built yet.
gulf of oman-This map is based on the real Gulf of Oman in Oman, though the exact location it is supposed to represent is unknown.
songhua stalemate-The map is loosely based on the Songhua River in China, which happens to be relatively close by to Dalian, which is used in the Dalian Plant map.

Gulf of Oman is off the coast of Iran I believe. I was searching around that area a few weeks back and came across it.
