I've got a 7800 GT 256mb, and I'm playing at 1280 x 1024 with everything cranked up. I'm also running 2gb of Corsair XL memory. You shouldn't have any problems.

thnx. thats what i needed to know. does anyone have any issuses with this card? Ive heard some shit about em.
I have a 7800 GTX, i can max out FEAR, Half Life 2, Counter Strike Source, and Battlefield 2. Your 7900 GT is slightly better than my 7800, so you can max out those games and get a few more frames than i would.
thnx anubis +1
+1 for you back
it should work fine for you. the 7900s are somewhat hit or miss, but companies have been doing well to replace faulty cards.
Some people are on their 8 or 9th RMA for the 7900s...should have saved up some more and got a 7950gx2. None of the problems and its got some crazy power. Especially at high rez.
Dude, I've had 3 eVGA cards now and never a problem with any of them. Good card maker if you ask me.yuckfou09 wrote:

With respect to the Rosewill, I've always been under the impression that they were somewhat generic. For such a component as PSU, I really wouldn't go that route. Whatever you do, read the reviews and make sure any positives aren't simply a function of low cost.
I have a Rosewill case, that came with a 450W PS, Rosewill video card, and 2G of Rosewill RAM...the ram is the only thing still alive...the PS died after 2 months, and video card in 2 1/2...that's all I have to say. ...the case is fine tho.
i have BFG tech 7900gt OC's in SLi ... not a single issue....
damn i just order the rosewill 600w psu and the 7900gt. The reviews were all perfect and the damn thing cost 80 bucks, the psu that is.
