I think that "Road to Jalalabad" will be a jeep and infantry map, I think EA have listened to us and maked an Infantry map only, except jeeps, but they can bee blowed in the air with SRAW/ERYX and the jeep also offer fast transport so you don´t need to walk all the time

The new map is just a long deserved bonus for all players who still put up with this crap,as long as the new patch fixes the trouble 1.3 brought it's ok,otherwise it's a bad excuse for a totally messed up game.

Id like to see jets and helis, and tanks, but very narrow roads so that air attacks and arty would be virtually useless.
Anyone remember that 1st trailer of BF2, go watch it, i think jalabad will be like that.
Iraq and afganistan consists of narrow roads, thats what pisses me off about karkand and other city maps, they are so fake.

This is the first time they've actually used a real city name if i'm not mistaken, right? Karkand/Mashtuur/Sharqi don't exactly exist in real life (i think, but if it does i'd love to see real life screenshots )

Also, it's another MEC map. I was hoping for a PLA city map. Man i think those AK47's (no description needed)/QBZ's (really accurate)/PLA LMG (whatever it's name is, it's really good) would own too much though...

Yes I would have to agree. The first time I played on a map with the 1.3 patch, I was in game for about 2min as a sniper and what do you know. A freakin car drops on me. F..K! What the hell was that all about, a car falling on my head while Im tryin to get some sniper head shots. Unfreakin beleivable!
My first thoughts were, this has just got to go, I cant get any decent snipin spots without havin to worry about a car fallin from the sky, aiming for MY head.
Only one of the problems with the 1.3 patch.
