My brother and his new Dell comp is experiencing a glitch in the game. On the kit selection screen, when he tries to hit the join game button, his mouse pointer freezes, and he stays stuck on that screen. It DOESN"T crash back to the desktop. He is tortured by the sounds of the game, in progress, he was trying to partake of.
The worst part is, he was playing last night, everything was fine. Got home from work, wanted to work out some aggression and blow some people up; and this issue rears it's ugly head.
Only the most basic attempts at rectifying the problem have been made. i.e. restarting the computer
