i think i might call an end to this poll, it seems obvious that only sharqi or karkand can win. Like =[4th]= slaythem said karkand will probably come out on top, but i think sharqi would win it, at least from current points anyway. You can still post if you like, i will still count the votes, but i will be starting a new poll on favourite unlockable weapons as soon as i've made the spreadsheet for it, because i think this will be much more intersting and not so obvious which will win it.
Thanks for the replies to this topic, at least we proved that karkand really isn't everybodys favourite map.

I would have liked to have seen this broke down to favorite 16 player map and favorite 32/64 player map.

For example, I love Golf of Oman on 16 player, but it sucks on 32/64 (fewer vehicles and long distances on foot if you get caught without one... but most of all the jet whores.) Same thing applies to Kubra Dam and Dalian Plant.

i would have broken it down, into 16 player maps and 32/64 amps, but i didn't think that many people played 16 player servers. maybe in the future, anyways i've started a new poll on fav. weapon unlocks if anyones interested take a look in chatter section, its there somewhere.

I looked at the time I have played each map. Here is my top 5:

1. Strike at Karkand
2. Sharqi Peninsula
3. Mashtuur City
4. Gulf of Oman
5. Kubra Dam

And this pretty much tells what maps I rank highest. Perhaps Sharqi Peninsula would go top. There is plenty to do on this map for all kinds of kits/all styles of play.

Town maps! Little or no airplanes!

The Chinese maps are not popular....many agree on that....how come? Daqing Oilfields is a terrible map! Dalian Plant too!

Wake could make it among the top 5, but it seems the USMC has a too rough time on it (if they can't take the Airfield quickly). That tiny spawn island is stupid.
