hi guys ,,

Really I don't know about that untill I got it   ;(
I am stucked with Master Sergeant  . also how can I know about it (I have get basic badge before I earn 20.000 points)
no notes in my BFHQ help me about that , I thought it is ok I can upgrade my rank to first Sergeant  any time when I got basic badge .

also one more thing : The Master Sergeant's icon is more different  than 1st in the online game , Shoud be near to 1st  at least.

As I love game before that as I hate it now

Do you think EA can't fix it with small eazy patch OR make  more intersting icon for Master Sergeant  !!

This is like the first thread I created here, which was promptly closed... I wanted to make a thread for ppl in my situation that didn't know why they couldn't hit First Seargent or wanted to know when EA was planning on unFucking us. I'd still like to know, I don't want rumors so much but I would like to know what they plan on doing. Even tho it doesn't matter, I'm going to find out this week if I can hit master gunnery sgt without having the rank prior to it...

you will hit 50.000 soon but you will be Master Gunnery Sergeant NOT Sergeant Major
becuase you forget 1 Badge (Basic Air Defense) for get this badge you need stay on Air Defense for 5 min (Stinger or AA Vehicle) or you will stuck in Master Gunnery Sergeant  forever.

I hope you get my messege before you hit 50k .. good luck

Well I am glad I read this or I woulda been pissed off....good to know cuz I have been wondering for quite some time. It seems kinda lame that someone gets stuck at a rank even with 1million points. It is like they are forcing the badges upon us...shoudnt that be our choice? Ahh well....enough ranting

Well... it doesn't mean you will be stuck at that rank forever... that guy was just exaggerating. But, you will be stuck at master sergeant until you reach 50,000 points. at which point, you will be ranked as master gunnery sergeant or sergeant major. sergeant major if you have the badges required. master gunnery if you don't have the required badges.
Turtle is gonna be PISSED. he's only got 98 more points to go and he will be stuck at master gunnery sergeant til 200thousand points.. hahahaha. poor guy.

I don't really care at this point. I didn't know you needed that for the next badge, but all I ever wanted was my last weapon unlock, that shoulda come 20k points ago. I just got it, so I'm happy. So, I have to have that badge before 50k to hit seargent major or...? I don't recall reading anything about that. But like I said, who cares... I have my jackhammer now and there's no way I'll catch up to the top of the leaderboard unless I win the lotto, in which case.. I wouldn't spend 6 hours a day playing. Anyway, yay Master Gunnery!

Seargent Major isn't bugged like First Seargent. Get the missing badge whenever.

but how you did that .. you missed the Badge when you hit 50k !!

may be EA fix that with 50.000 but still with 20.000 .
alot of people are upset  about that .

Ya, I had to go try after I hit Gunnery, so I joined a wake server and sat in the aa for awhile and got my basic aa badge then about 2 minutes later I got promoted again. So I finished out the round, ended up getting another gold star and then another gold star to go in between my bars when I went out to bfhq.

Well I just got Gunnery and have all the basic badges and some vet badges but on bfhq it says the my next rank isnt First Sergeant but Master Sergeant........now if thats true then that !@#$#$* SUCKS
HAS that happened to anyone else
