it is ten times better on warlord as the Insurgents and put c4 on the ATV because you don't have to bail out and hit the button for the C4 to go off you just drive into the tank or apc with a high speed and BANG....it is a lot more fun and i did it a lot one round and had like 10 kick votes against me from the armor whores but it was worth it. every time i drove in an ATV with C4 on it or not the other guys in the apcs and tanksdrove out of the way at all costs and fired at me onlyMy_pet_squirrel wrote:

jihading is perfectly fine, and i loved the analogies by the way. just because you failed to watch a c4 loaded jeep drive and park next to you, and then have it explode killing you, doesnt make the jihader a noob, it makes you one, for not watching your surroundings. if it wasnt meant to be done, it wouldnt be in the game
if im not glued to my l96 i usually play spec ops, jihad jeep is not a noob weapon, it takes skill to get all the way to the tank. and its better than risking ur life using a rocket launcher
It takes skill to time it where you hop off, detonate and live especially with full health and even more so if the person is looking right at you with the coax blazing.
But anyone can toss some c4 and run full speed into the flank blowing the jeep and the c4 getting the kill.

Why is real jihading awesome? (On Bf2 that is. Real life, not too cool)
Because it shows you're a bad ass who doesn't care if he dies, as long as some others go down with you.

I don't put C4 on jeeps but if I get to a tank to C4 him and im seen, I will blow us both up, as im more or less screwed anyway.
I don't think it's noobish, it's easiest way to take out tank, I use it myself except I stay alive, tanker doesn't, it would be noobish if I had suicided myself too...but jihad jeeper can also be taken out easily and one word...over 60 % of people who have tried to jihad me have died. Yesterday I killed 14 jihaders and got killed only once by jihader, surprised me while fighting with other tank

I had to Jihad to get by basic explosives, when it was a mighty 13 kills and people at karkand were smart [OMFG NO WAI!!]
I had no problems, no-one cared
If I am Speccy and I get into an APC, Ill engage tanks, and when I flame, BOOM!!

Okay, I'm not too big on jihad-jeeping that results in a suicide. If you manage to live in the process, that's great. However, if you manage to get killed in the process, hopefully it was for a great reason; like killing that 40-0 tank whore to ruin his perfect game! Hehehe! I know, I'm mean! But hey! I've had my 20-0 sniping streaks ruined by a very selective commander's arty strike!
If by some chance I'm fighting in armor, and I get jihad-jeeped... oh well... I'll be more wary next time.
IMHO, the truly great armor players will be aware, and will rarely fall victim to this type of tactic.
LegionAtWar is another server that allows anything. The only semi-complaint I have with their server is that friendly fire is disabled, so aircraft and commanders can bomb and arty without discretion.

Well, you are entitled to your opinion. I can say I don't agree. Yesterday I had one round ( only jihad jeeping) where I got 22 kills with 16 deaths. I can say that was more kills than anyone on the enemy team except the one who was the plane whore. jihad jeeping i find pretty hard. Jumping out and pushing I normalling blow myself up or dont get the tank. I'm into road side bombs instead. On Karkand place C4 loaded cars in alleys and they have to move them then BOOM! they're gone.

dam i wish i could of seen it, thats not hurting your team its helping by bleeding tickets. it's not like ur jihading ur teammates
It takes skills just riding by a tank with a transport. It should be perfetcly legal, theres nothing wrong with it, its war. The only ting you cannot do in war is use nukes, everything else is legal.mooncricket wrote:

I see it like this.....Jihad'ing and not dieing takes some skill, and the tank has to be vulnerable.
Honestly, I DON'T think Base Raping with a tank takes much skill either, so if you get jihad'ed, get over it.
