Hi all,

I'm a relative noob, having gotten my first unlock just a few days ago.  It shows on bfhq that the unlock is active, but I've never seen the up/down arrows on the kit-selection window like I'm supposed to.  I've tried all sorts of games since then, thinking maybe it was a server-level restriction, but no luck.  All the locks in the kit selection window are still locks.  I've also tried logging out/in a few times, and like I said... the kit shows as unlocked on bfhq.

Anyone know whats going on?

when a unlock comes up it will ask unlock now or wait.
when you hit unlock it will ask which kit.
scroll threw the kits to select the one you want
it won't do anything if your not in BFHQ.
or  select a kit you cannot have yet.
it's been so long, since I've gotten one.

Thanks for the reply, longdistance.

I understand what you're saying, and I've already followed those steps.  The kit (medic) is showing as unlocked when I look at it in BFHQ online, because I've gone through the steps to choose and unlock the kit which you mentioned.  However, it has had no effect on my ability to use alternate weapons inside the game. (The in-game kit selection screen shows no unlocked weapons to choose.)
