You get lifted and thrown in jail with no evidence or explanation. You are subjected to torture and humiliation and don't get to see you family for years. Then when your legal representative FINALLY gets to talk to the US government and ask, OK what are the charges and evidence you have so we can mount a legal challenge and defend my client, they are told that they don't have to tell them why they are being held in the first place for national security reasons............. bullshit.
