Because they've made the system anonymous to stop the neg karma battles that were happening it's open to abuse another way now.......

Should be an instant ban IMO, it's bad enough when someone can't even come up with a good reason for giving you neg & isn't brave enough to leave their name but to leave somebody else's sucks ass big time!!!
