Blockade at Mogadishu
Story: One year after Muslim leaders took control of the African nation of Somalia, the MEC developed a base of operations in Mogadishu for easy access to the Red Sea. The USMC has been deployed to the capital city of Mogadishu in order to disable the MEC control of Somalia. The old war torn streets provide perfect cover for the MEC. This second battle for Mogadishu will prove to be far bloodier than the conflict in 1993. (i changed the date)

Defence of Gibraltar
Story: In an attempt to take control of Europe, the MEC have begun to mobilize in to Morracco. They plan to cross the Straight of Gibraltar into Spain to begin their invasion. The Spanish coast guard spotted MEC activaty across the straight and have informed the EU. EU forces have been sent across the straight to stop the MEC in a surprise attack. The EU must land on the beaches of Morracco and stop the 3rd Infantry of the MEC from making it to Spain.

Well, not really. There would be no planes....maybe only in 64 size. On the carrier there would be only: 1 Tiger HAP, 2 Sea Hawks, 4 RIBs. The MEC would have the same equivlent. There would be all land vehicles except mobile AA. The map would be most like Gulf of Oman.

I did not steal your idea. My idea was serious, it does not include AIDS. I got 2 -karmas because ur a dipshit...no offence, you probally should expect to be called a dipshit from ur "funny" little posts. I still love you though .

Back on Topic:
So from the poll it seems that people like the Defense of Girbralter more. Since it is obvious that EA will NEVER make these, I think we should make it. I havn't got a clue on how to make a proper map, but if someone else out here wants to make it, by all means go ahead.

You wouldn't need Euro forces if it was a custom map, the EU data is already in the game, so u can put them in any map.

I voted for Mogadishu, because in my opinion, EU is slightly underplayed. That, and EA really need to start working on Vanilla. +1 because both ideas are good though.

They both sound great, but carriers commonly are spawn camped, and since it sounds like there are no land bases that could be a problem at the beginning of every round. Also we don't have many city maps. I would pick Blockade at Mogadishu.

no, the EU will get 3 helos too. 2 black hawks and a tiger HAP.

Think about it, do the MEC completley prevent the USMC from landing on Oman? no, it just takes tactics.
The map will be like 3/4 the width of Oman. Try to imagine a Mashtuur city with an ocean.
