Which should i get?????

Hello all,
I have some extra money laying around and i want to upgrade. I have around $300 and i want all of your opinions on what to get, either a new processor or a new graphics card. I was planning on either getting the

eVGA 256-P2-N563-AX Geforce 7900GT CO 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card (OR)

AMD Athlon 64 4000+ San Diego 2000MHz HT Socket 939 Processor Model ADA4000BNBOX

My computer specs:
AMD athlon 64 3000+
1.5 gigs of ram
ATI Radeon x300 SE
160 GB HD
430 w PSU

So can somebody help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would go for the graphics card personally - the San Diego only runs at 2.4Ghz - and overclock yr 3000+!!

My 3500+ Venice's stock speed is 2.2Ghz but mine runs at 2.7Ghz (33C idle & 41C load) on air so you should be able to get a bit more out of your 3000+ without upgrading it!!

i would deffinately go with the video card. you won't notice much diff in games with a faster procc with your current card. i would also look into a 512mb 1800xt they are also around $300. i got one and i love it

Go with the video card - definitely get nVidia chip-set.

I've only got the 6600 with 128 and it works great.

I dont know anything about computer's, so I have no idea what you are talking about but take the advice of these guys they seem to know what they're talking about, couldn't verify that though
