I'm not sure how other clans deal with recruits, and I honeslty don't care. I look at a recruit as someone who is trying to prove to me that he is right for my clan, and can be an asset. This kid was not going to be an asset to the clan. I told him he hadn't passed his two week trial, and he flipped. What am I supposed to do? Offer him internet counseling? The kid has issues that I don't have time or the patience to deal with. I'm sure most everyone feels the same way. Yes, we are mainly a US based clan, but do have members from Canada, Scotland, and Holland. We do have two servers located in the US, which may be the only problem for someone out of the US because of the ping issue, but other than that, we accept people from any country as long as they can speak and understand English.Roomaster wrote:
