This just started happening.
It was fine last night when I was playing it, but today this started showing up and now I cant play SF.

No re-download the patch from somewhere other than the place you got it last time, same thing happened to me

Ditto. As much as you hate to....reinstall the 1.3 patch. It's almost like shooting your own foot on purpose and hurts just as much. lol.

No no no. No need to reinstall anything.

Just redownload the FULL 1.3 patch, update, then go on some fraggin'. Just picture the heads of EA on every guy you see.

Worked for me.

Tech Support (God knows why I called them.) wanted me to uninstall everything and reinstall everything in safe mode.

Considering Safe Mode is for DRIVERS I don't get how that'd help.

Thanks. It bugs me when they run over them. Thank God for that patch that allows FF OFF to fix that. I use claymores alot and on FF servers, I get banned half the time by idiots who run by them, without checking for them, and have the audacity to PUNISH!

you need to install van bf2 bf2sf then the FULL patch yes that 460mb 1 and it will be just fine
