Just got it 2 days ago 2003 Suzuki GSXR600. My first day riding it I was a bit uneasy, but by the 2nd day I was totally comfortable. It's my first bike so its definitely a good starter for me.

Anyways It came with 2 helmets, Rocket Jacket both match bike, frame sliders, has been lowered 2 in yoshumira exhaust (i think thats how you spell it). 6k miles all for 5600. I went and had it checked out and its in mint condition Im happy

That's a nice bike, but I'm scared shitless of bikes, I don't know why. When I drive (G1, 16, Ottawa) and bikes pull of infront of me, I freak out (not physically) and get scared they might skid or slide or something. I think it's because they zip around so fast around cars and such. That is a very nice looking bike though. +1 for it.

Nice, I personally found the GSXR600 range to be a little bit washy in the front end but the 2 inch lowering should help with that. If you feel that it does want to slide up front at all try getting a steering dampner for it or alterativly have your fork rake adjusted. They are a hell of a lot of fun tho, but I still prefer the CBR600F4 Have fun and play safe.

i got a Tl 1000, suits me cause I'm a big boy plus you cant beat vtwin sound!

also the thing is uber comfortable, just had engine re-done, all i did was some hi comp pistons and new cams, plus the usual hacks : tre, air box, rev limiter mod, Yoshi pipes and also power commander. made 147 hp on the dyno, which is about 30 over standard.

this is a vid i made in the hills around Canberra. its 100 MB but if you like bikes it might be interesting, very tight windy road. top speed i hit is about 255kph on a short straight.

Nice bike, I had a CBR 600 when I was in college. Make sure to get a good pair of riding gloves to protect your hands...
There is a rule for staying alive on a bike, you have to assume that anyone that CAN pull in front of you Willl pull in front of you. Dont forget this rule.
Ride safe and have a blast.
