depending on your what service your in you dont get a badge per se for OIF ( operation iraqi freedon) you get the iraqi campaign medal/ribbon. The US army gets like 1000 badges for like anything, but the navy doesnt really have badges, they get warfare devices. you can google all of that stuff though. I like to affectionatly call pilots bus drivers ( in larger airplanes) cuz the mission is in the back!

I never Flew a plane but i have had the pleasure to fly in most of the RAAFs planes from the Caribou and Hercules to the once in a lifetime ride in the "PIG" (F-111 Aardvark if you dont know) plus the usual splattering of Blackhawks,Seahawks and Hueys as my father was a L.A.M.E ( Leading aircraft mechical electrical if i remember it right? correct if i am wrong) my next trip up will hopefully will be in the Pilatus PC-9.
