can c4 act as a AT mine.. like when like a vehicle runs over it.. can u kill with it like that or u just got to time right>?

The only way to detonate a c4 pack is with the secondary clicker thingy-ma-bob. Running over a c4 pack does nothing.
I hope your asking your question and asking do u have to press the detonator at a specific time. If left alone, C4 will not detonate on its own.
If your asking when do u have to press the button, then the vehicle does not necessarily haev to be directly over it to destroy it.
First off, it depends on what type of vehicle. The more strongly armored (tank) then the vehicle has to be closer to get a full detonation. Also, even if a tank is to run over the C4, two must be usually used to assure death of the passangers. However, if a lightly armored vehicle passes over the C4 (Humvee), not only does it not need to be directly on top, but it could be further away for destruction. But considering how fast thsoe vehicles might be going, like the second post said, timing is key.
