It worked fine for me.  It sounds like your computer is the problem to me.  Try restarting and it should be better.

It is not page related... (or is it for you? does this happen every time you try it with that page?)
It does happen from time to time; for me when browsing through the recent changes tabs and going back.

Dunno why it happens though.
Keep it at a pc is no longer a logical system, it is an environment where all the programs an tweaks and… who knows what else have to co-exist. Sometimes they disagree and nuke one another, as always the more visual players gets the heat when it happens.
