This poll just had to appear sooner or later,so I just go ahead.

Until now I think it's Operation Road Rage for me,I just had a round of 16/0 on it(first "real round" and I was sitting in the most obvious spot,doh!)....

The map is so beautifully open,you can see for miles and there are tons of spots,every friggin' building or tower has a ladder,you can crawl under the overpass,etc,etc,it's just great.

Road rage has good spots and open fields of view, but everyone's in armour or zooming past in a jeep. Also there's isn't much cover, and the roofs are kind of obvious. I think midnight sun is the best, it has decent cover, and more troops on foot. Harvest is ok ish for sniping i guess.

I don't like Midnight Sun for sniping really, the other two are pretty good though.

I prefer Midnight Sun. It's dark and good for camo, pretty small, and Scout Heli's can drop you off somewhere near a base that's convenient.

Was a big sniping stand off on one game I played on operation harvest, snipers using trees as cover on each side of the river bank takign potshots, while armour engaged armour on the bridges & aerial duels happening across the map

I guess you have not made some great efforts as a sniper.. Too bad, but just train with the role, and you'll see that at least 25-0 K/D in one game is possible.

And if I recall it right, it is still possible even for a sniper to grab a APC... and the rush back to a nice cosy spot?

To get back in thread.. Midnight Sun is a really sweet Map for sniping.. as most of the BF2 Maps are.. when you find the places.

Too bad I don´t have enough posts to deliver +/-. CTD-captainbuck would really deserve a big minus for underestimating snipers role, and LoMaX should get plus for justified defence speak

I like harvest most, even though I haven´t sniped a lot on af maps yet.

sniper is a useless class as far as im concerned...

observe my sniper ratio ya frickin noobs... 25-0... lol try 40 and 0 on a full server...

just for that, next time i see a sniper im going to put c4 on ya and send ur ass flying

Lomax, you dont even have a positive ratio with the sniper rifle. stfu

I did some sniping on Harvest yesterday and it turned out to be pretty decent. Lots of bushes and trees makes out for good spots to snipe. And the map is dark to help u blend in.

Well have you problem with your reading too?

I said something with a Pitbull with AIDS.. and sniping running on the streets of Karkand, will really lower your K/D rate.. OR? And for that matter.. BF2 is just a game and I like drinking beer while playing.. tends to lower my K/D even more.. Who gives a shit?

Every Class is great playing and TEAMWORK is fun too.

But before you place some C4 - get your Expert Specialist Badge as SpecOps first?

Give me a server with a good ping.. well just see who kills the most then.. biatch. You Spawnkiller on just one side of Karkand
