Im not the brightest when it comes to installing stuff on a comp. but i try to learn, anyways, I have installed a Radeon 9800 Pro 128 MB ddr graphics card on my comp. my comp is a HP Pavillion a510n, and has a hp pavilion mx704 CRT monitor, here is the problem, I canot get the Catalyst Control Center to install, because I do not have the "proper" agp adapter, because i cannot get it to install as well, Microsoft was no friggin help, cause i cannot understand a damn word they say, that and i can't get the adapter download to install, and Radeon itself was no help either, maybe someone here can get me on the right path to a solution for this...

Thanks....

To me, what you have written is a little confusing.  First, you don't really need the entire catalyst control thing...all you really need are drivers, which can be installed seperately from ATI if you use the "Dial-up" individual links near the bottom.
Check and make sure that if your PC had integrated graphics, it is disabled via your BIOS.  If it's still enabled, you'll be getting a conflict when trying to install the ATI stuff because your computer will auto route it to your original integrated one, which is probably NOT an ATI.
