How do I get a Driver Special Ability Point?

I can see that some of the ribbons take, for example 1 Driver Special Ability Point and 20 Driver Kill Assists. What Do I have to do to get the Driver Special Ability Point?

I'll be nice tho you shoulda used the search, its more than just the biggest words at the top of the page... If your a medic, engi, or supply, and you, heal, repair, or fill someones ammo, while in a car/tank/apc, you get a special ability pt. Ya. Special.
