I believe that is the name of it.

I am positive it's a driver issue or mainly a shader issue. I have a x700 Pro in my computer, driver is the base disc that came with it. Granted, stupid of me to not look for a newer one sooner, but I'm a lazy idiot. So sue me.

Anyways, does anyone have any idea of fixing this annoying bug? Because I also lag while flying in the other maps horribly. And it makes flying a real tough job on me because I can't see the ground half the time before hitting it.

In Midnight Sun, the game won't crash til I get into a vehicle (No matter what it is) and it plays for approximately 5 more seconds and then crashes, to the point where sound goes into a loop, and the screen feedback freezes.

Any ideas?

And if anyone could, could anyone out there give me a link to a driver that would possible remedy this problem?

Try the ati website? I mean honestly wouldn't it have been easier to go into google, type "ati" most likely finding the website ATI.com or something and finding the driver there rather than asking here?

No offense, but don't you think I already tried all of that? I'm no idiot. I am trying to find a specific driver that will solve any shader related problems with BF2. Not a generic crappy ATI driver that solves nothing.

I have an Nvidia 7800 gtx and Midnight sun kept crashing me to the desktop last night ...but the other 2 maps worked faultlessly.....

After the 4th attempt I managed to load it but only with AA turned off
