Anyone ever have this problem?

I got a new eVGA 7900GT KO and I've been having this happen when I fly. I updated the drivers but no dice. It's like it starts to happen when I fly close to something (Essex, mountains...).

Dont know...I run 2 EVGA 7800GT COs and only ever had problems with overheating (Air cooled). Maybe check your cards temp im not sure how much heat a single 7900 puts out... Does the game run at low quality?

Does the game freeze or jsut have the grapics screwed up?

Your Pc even looks fairly clean...Thats not Safe Mode i see is it???

Maybe rollback your drivers...

No, that's the result of ALT+TAB. I had the game running on all highs a few days ago and no problems. I changed some settings to low after readin that "how to see further with the sniper rifle" thread to see if it actually works. Right now with nothing going on the temp is 49C. I haven't checked it during a game though since it only happens sometimes when I fly.

Beh, it was like 20 or 30 more for the "suped" version. What's so bad about a factory overclocked card?

The thing with flying is you actually get to see a lot more of the map....It pushes the card harder. I can't ALT+TAB mine properly either, it just sits there acting stupid, i dont even get to windows (but it doesn't freeze)... Mine are reading 50C and 49C right now with nothing going.

Factory OC = OC /w Warranty
