Hi

been asking around a litle but havent really got any good anser.

for about one and a half month ago i killed 41 people in BF2 with C4, It showed that i got the Expert Explosives badge. but, it didnt show upp in BFHQ, it havent poped upp in hear bf2s.com ether,

for a week ago or what it was, every one know that EA lower the demands, on medals, i got tired of wating for the badge so i tried again, killed 31 or 32 with C4, Ididnt get the medal???? it didnt even show that i got it.

so iw started to wonder what has happend??? I played SF when i got the medels both times, so is that the problem???? this is the first time iw had any problems with medals...

p.s: have been loking around this forum, but havent found any thing looking like this.....

I would say the first time you've just been unlucky and there was something wrong with the server you played on.
SF should not be a problem, you can get any of the BF2 badges there.
Are you sure that you killed all of the 32 ppl you killed while going for the badge with C4? I mean, is it possible that some of them were killed by a car or anything else that was blown up by your C4? these kills don't count for the badge.

yeah, garantied 31-32 only C4 kills, cheacked the kills everytime, it stode that i killed with C4..... i know that one was just killed...... but i where over the requiarments.

There are cases where a ranked server is broken and simply doesn’t report the stats you’ve earned. It’s unfortunate and sad, but that’s just how it is. Don’t play on that server again.

yeah....... twice???? and the seconde time it didnt even show that i got the badge, as it did the first time....

dose this mean that i will never be able to get that badge?????

Edit: or do i just have to wait for some one to find my lost stats and put it in BFHQ????

Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get the badge. Today I had 20 kills as engineer and I didn't get the veteran badge until about 5 minutes later when I had 23 or something.

this problem happens to me quite frequently. Some of the time it just take a bit of time but most of the time, the server hasnt recorded it so you will have to get it again.

well, sems like i have to try and get it again........

any one have any good map to try it on????? have tryed karkand but if i dont get blown away in a grenade shower i get shreded by tanks....

Cause - Usually just a glitch in Battlefield 2
Fix - Restart Battlefield 2, this usually fixes this problem, if not move your Battlefield 2 folder from my documents and put it on your desktop. Reload Battlefield 2, retrieve your account and see if your stats are now correct.
If not, it may be a matter of waiting a while as the stats server may be down.

Problem - I earned x points or badges, they not showing in BFHQ
Cause - Lag, server failed to report them, slow updates
Fix - There is no fix, you basically have to wait. If you have not received the missing stats within one week then the server you played on failed to report them to EA and hence you will not get them, an annoying issue indeed but the situation has improved vastly since the release of Battlefield 2.

Problem - I got my missing medals, but i have not been promoted
Cause - Many
Fix - The ranks in Battlefield 2 are not progress as it has been put. You earn your rank based on your points and medals at that time, you will then only next be promoted when you reach the next point bracket. For example, if you are a Master Sergeant and earn the missing awards required for First Sergeant, upon getting them you will not be promoted. The next promotion would be at Master Gunnery Sergeant (50,000 points), but if you have the needed badges you would be Sergeant Major.
