Just downloaded this mod yesterday its excellent!! If you haven't tried it i highly recommend.

Yeah its a good mod if you want realistic gameplay.
It's good, but in all honesty it's too realistic for me (no reticules), so I recommend it as it's still excellent, but for those of you who play tongue-in-cheek, don't expect to LOVE it
