Use C4 with friendly fire set to 0 (off)!
your end tags in your original post is wrong..you need [/img]......Second,which building are your talking about?I see the one with the hotel flag anf I know of a spot in that area,but not sure which one you are thinking of.
get on the railing closest to the hotel flag and run and jump. you have to sprint and hit jump perfectly though, so you can mess it up sometimes.
