this happend to me:
i applyed for commander at the beggining of game and it says a player with a high rank took the place, so i thought "fair enough" and look at his name to cheak his rank, he was a staff sergeant !!!!! and i was a gunnery sergeant !! GRRRR any explanation ???

Most all of the above. Lets not forget your commander chopper whoring and sucking bad in it. Theres nothing worse.
A commander who will not support you or picks favorites. Like his clan members he will help but no one else.
