My middle East Ribbon is all checked off but I am not getting the ribbon. Anyone know why?

^what he said, most people are too impatient with the awards, its super slow on the weekends btw.
I got that ribbon only a few days after i started, so it cant be too hard.
I had problems with both ribbons too (MEC,PLA).I dont had them but i played all maps and over 7 hours or so and i still dont had them.After some weeks i checked my bfhq and i saw both of them..but i dont recived them in the game...so that was intresting.
