a journalist asked bush if nuking Iran was out of the question, he replied with everything is possible or somethin like that. n i mean, USA has dropped the bomb on Japan, so i wouldnt be to surprised to see them war buffs do it again.

but isnt it a wee bit contradictory to use nukes to prevent iran from developing nukes? that doesnt really make sense

The US will *not* be firing nukes anytime soon.  The response from France, Russia, India, and China could well be in kind.  That's a risk *nobody* smart enough to become president would be dumb enough to take.

You ever though maybe people like this are the reason Iran doesn't trust America.

That and the whole supporting dictatorships thing.
I find it funny that this post has attracted one positive and one negative karma, and only the positive gave a reason.  To me, that says something.

LOL last time you talked about your karma you bragged that everyone karmaed you for the quality and substance of your posts, at that time you had zero karma....now ya got - 1. It shows the indifference people are have about your posts. Your "what if" tactics don't make for a substantial arguement.

Bragging about getting karma for the quality of my posts?  Maybe I was simply commenting that your karma, according to you, had nothing to do with what you said, merely who you disagreed with.

Uh-huh.  And that is comparable how?  Iraq had waged war and then accepted peace terms.  Iranians have not.  Iranians have made attempts at a peaceful resolution suitable to all.  The US has ignored them.  They'll talk to North Korea though.  Notice how North Korea is both more aggressive, and non-Muslim?  If you were living in Iran, what would it look like to you?

Yeah, the military sure does avoid those civilian targets.
do i have to bring up the countless victims of terrorists that are dying everyday.  great that you could bring up 4 incidents in a century of warfare.
