Is there a way to have a single hotkey that will spot an enemy, instead of hitting q for radio and then having to click the 'spotted' box? This would be infinitly helpful when i am flying or am a chopper gunner or pilot.

Also, can the same be applied towards being a commander? Instead of right clicking then hitting 'spotted' again when looking at commander screen?

I think if you use a Logitech G15 keyboard, you could set one of the Macro keys to do that. I am going to try that on mine. On a regular keyboard, I don't see how you could do it.

Has anyone figured out how to do this with a G15?

You could create a macro to bind the key commands together.

but is not just keys. Right now you hit Q then move the mouse over and then click. Unless there is a button combo for the spot action then I don't know how to macro it.

Anyone else?

Especially for the commanding position I would like to have some macros too (f.e. "ARTY! CHECK MINIMAP!" or "Thanks for the TK ..."). Is there really no software solution?

Thanks for your help. The spotting macro works great on the g15
