Here is good spot for a sniper to hide on top of the hotel at Karkand, and here is a link on how to get all the way on top of the building....

I've got on roofs of Karkand buildings and C4'd vehicles off them onto other buildings. Nice to see a video, though.
Remember - friendly fire must be set to 0 (off) for this to work. Also, it is frowned upon on ranked servers.
