Me personaly would like to see lots of weather affects , rain, thunder lightining ,snow, fog, and actual snow maps like all over the ground would be really refreshning to bf 2. OH AND THE A BOMB AFFECT WHEN YOU USE A NEW WEAPON but not as affective as the real one lmao just the mushroom cloud to see in the distance would be great

I have a crazy idea... how about a bug free patch to fix all the bugs. Oh wait, nevermind..I was just daydreaming. Weather would be really cool, but I think it would get kind of annoying.
there is wind in BF2, if you watch closely at the supply crates while their being dropped, you can see it move... but yeah some rain and snow would be awesome... but i would really want the new patch to make the sniper scope move.

yeah i like the idea of a moving scope for sniper also breathing button so you can steady it but not too much make it harder and more of a challenge, as fore the wind you can see little puff of smoke been blown off the ground on mashtur up at the american flag, sand devils i beleive they are called
to be able to split up arty strikes and c4 when laid out in ambush,like as commander be able to use 1 gun on one target and the other 2 on another,same principle with c4,lay an ambush with your 5 packs in the same area,allocate a key to 2 charges and another key to the rest
I'd like to see some cool weapon customizing system like good ol' Global Ops (if anyone can rember?) had, like adding a Flashlight and/or RedDot/Laser/Scope/Silencer etc...Stuff like that that would be FUN!

A MRLS (Mulitple Rocket Lauch System) just another form of ARTY but mobile for quicker response times and/or a B-52 Bomber with about a 25 bomb payload so I can carpet bomb like in BF42, lol.
The only problem with weather is that EA would code it wrong and it would lag horribly.
good point but if u noticed armord fury has lightning in it so they are playing with the idea already? we will see how that works out

Hmmmm interesting, we actually had this discussions few times with my buddies when on patrol, just to pass the time. I do not remember all the ideas, but here are some:
1) MEDEVAC Chopper
2) IED (Insurgents and Rebels instead of C4)
3) UAV Raven (Armed UAV, single air-ground missile) or UAV Shadow (Unarmed UAV)
4) EOD Robot (Engineers only - to wipe away the threat of Land Mines, IED, C4 or Claymores)
5) Mortar position in some LZ's
6) M-88 (Army Recover Vehicle) - for repairing the damaged team assets
7) SK5 Hovercraft (Iron Gator and all water maps)
And many more ... LOL

ROFL! Acid rain. You know on maps like Daqing and Karkand which are really polluted.
