How about we get a good community modder, and create our own Patch 1.31? We give him/her our ideas of what makes the game better, and he/she can fix them! Not only that, he/she can actually test the patch!

BF2RS or BFRoE couldn't stop us, because so many servers could use the patch!

Would this be a good idea? (I know this would never happen )

Impossible.  Would need access to the C/C++ source for any changes of significance and crash fixes.  This isn't an id game we are dealing with (who believe in open source).

Yea cuz a lone modder could achieve what a full team of software engineers can't...
