old drum at this point but why do people have to read four legal documents written in 'hear ye, hear ye' speak just because a service had a legal update? sure you can just click agree, but this clickwrap nonsense is just excessive and has infested everything digital. should only be allowed to "update" that stuff once a decade, and only for new customers.

remember when this stuff was all just in readme files?
