What historical grievances did I diminish that haven't been righted?

Israel does whatever it wants and treat America as idiots.

This time round Israel was supposed to be conducting precision strikes based on solid intel to target Hamas, now we learn 50% of the bombs were dumb bombs and they just been carpet bombing civilians in Gaza. Same for the shelling.

America's 'number one ally' treats them with contempt every time, taking the support and lying in return.

An Israeli military official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said an initial investigation by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) suggested the three hostages emerged shirtless from a building, with one carrying a stick with a white cloth.

One of the soldiers, the official added, felt threatened, as the men were at a distance of tens of metres, declared them "terrorists" and opened fire. Two were immediately killed while the third, wounded, returned to the building.

A cry for help was heard in Hebrew and the battalion commander ordered the troops to cease fire. The wounded hostage later re-emerged, and was shot and killed, the official said.

The hostages had either been abandoned by their captors or escaped, the official added.

A building with a message SOS was found in the area, and the authorities were investigating whether it was linked to the killed hostages.

This kind of thing happens if you have a policy of killing every person you run into.

This would be a war crime if it were surrendering soldiers, certainly unarmed civilians with a white flag.
That is was unarmed, shirtless Israelis with a white flag and speaking hebrew shows the IDF for what they are doing.

An interesting question is why the IDF have leaked this information.
Are they done with this barbaric unwinnable campaign?

Another point has been made, people actually rarely die of one or two gunshot wounds these days, if they can get rapid medical treatment.
These hostages were likely shot repeatedly until they were thoroughly dead. Like the two Palestinians in the West Bank.

The security camera videos show two Israeli military vehicles pursuing a group of Palestinians in the Faraa refugee camp in the northern West Bank. One man, who appears to be holding a red canister, is gunned down by soldiers. B'Tselem identified the man as 25-year-old Rami Jundob.

The military jeep then approaches Jundob as he lies bleeding on the ground and fires multiple shots at him until he is still. Soldiers then approach a man identified by B'Tselem as 36-year-old Thaar Shahin as he cowers underneath the hood of a car. They shoot at him from close range.

B’Tselem said that Shahin was killed instantly and Jundob died of his wounds the next day.

There's been umpteen other reports of civilians being shot running away, civilians with white flags being shot, then of course there are all the civilians in the 'safe areas' they were told to go to being bombed to bits, plus journalists - a drone circles for an hour then takes out the journalist.
Whats happening about any of this?

Walk slowly towards them with a white flag and calling to them in hebrew - the Israelis will shoot you

Take off your shirt and kneel with your hands up - The Israelis will shoot you

Besides that I think its time the UNSC is reformed and America accepted its not the only country in the world.

Looking back the US has done things easily as disgraceful as the average totalitarian dictatorship and has no moral authority to dictate to the other 194 countries.
At this point the Chinese are holding the moral high ground.
The best thing could be to push the latest attempt to shut down the war to a vote, if the US vetoes it the rest of the world can get on and sanction Israel.
