I downloaded Telegram in order to see the videos about the conflict that aren't getting posted to places like reddit.
I didn't expect to see so many blown up Arab children. First video I saw someone trying to do chest compressions on a 3 years old who was clearly dead.
I don't think I am going to go back and watch the Palestinian channel again. I really don't need to see that stuff. I bring it up though because to Israel supporters civilian casualties of the bombing is so abstract. Once you see the dead children you will become much less sanguine about the collective punishment.

I still think Israel will come out of this more isolated than they were before. I think it is plausible that the aid that gets sent is significantly less than they would normally get sent in this situation. America has changed and maybe our relationship with Israel has too.

Just to be thorough, America, while a huge supporter, is one of many countries who (Australia included) recently renewed declarations of support for Israel.
Despite declining support for Israel among younger voters, Americans have very little power to steer that ship. Our politicians were overwhelmingly in support.

It's is one of the reasons I get to politely endure hellfire pamphlets when I'm on my way to buy boxed noodles at the international market. Literally pictures of flame, in color, sometimes overlaid on top of pained faces. How is that portraying "God's love" in a positive light, anyway? That there's this horrible thing allowed to exist that you can avoid only by fulfilling certain conditions? Yikes. Aren't life's struggles already miserable and psychologically taxing enough for some without the sadistic threat/promise of being dumped into a lake of fire to have the skin peeled back and flesh scorched from your bones forever and ever? That's not very Buddy Christ.

Look up the books of Doug Giles. It took me a moment to realize from the summaries that this was actually serious stuff written by a conservative Christian commentator, and not satire. At cursory glance, he's right there on the stereotype. He writes mournfully about "pussification," the positive message of toxicity (whatever that means) and one of his books literally has an axe on the front cover. Maybe a poor choice considering his sometimes nazi-leaning incel company.

Up to this point i have pretty much read every publish word from Doug Giles. His books puts pressure on the reader to do what God is calling you to. This book of all was the most Impactful. It left me with 1. The Desire to take charge of my Prayer Life and be responsible for it. 2. The Desire to be Apex as a provider and protector and to take my role as spiritual leader in my home as serious as a bear attack.
wtf?Im so glad i read this book and the Holy Spirit is ensuring i don't conform to the patterns of this world. Pattern being dudes you can rob at fist point. Im not saying the transformation is complete but i do wake up everyday with a hunger for conquest, and this book adds nitrous to the fire.
