I know that wasnt done in 3 hours, if you look at the tickets its like 30 rounds, and unless each round lasts 5 minutes.... I counted at least 3 full 300 ticket Sharqis. Thats three hours alone right there.

Nonetheless, good video, awesome shooting, sweet leading.

i didn't always finish rounds... alot were at the ends of rounds... (i will admit, some of the sharqis were from another video i made... had issues with, most of the clips ended up corrupted (long story) but i was able to recover some of the sharqi... but i had already made the title slides before i recovered the data, so i said, wtf, screw it, i just wanna post it.

dude, ur an amazing sniper, I just wonder bout your sniper kdr, how is it less than 1.

Also whats the furthest you can see on clear maps like dalian plant. I see about 800-900m but its almost impossible sniping that distance.

well my k/d is cuz i play on FCW.... its a tough server... also im not one of those n00bs who sits @ one level and masters it... granted, sharqi is my highest.. the server rotation is tough .... but yeah i can also see pretty far on my other account (non video) because with fraps i need to lower both resolution, and texture

Anyone have any data on the bullet drop with the L9? Like 100m away = 1 tick up or something??

I could never get used to the M95 like other people love. I never learned the bullet drop. It was basically me aiming at the head and praying I'd kill the guy.

yeah...bullet drop takes time to understand

and sorry, no "data" on drop for the L9 and on the M95 there are numbers on the reticule, that represent the distance in meters.... but yeah by now its instinct for me... just so used to it, i know where to aim....

Two quick questions after watching the video...

1. You're sniping from the hotel roof on Gulf of Oman to the MEC Airbase. What settings are you using to be able to see players on the runway?

I have everything cranked to high, 100% view distance, 4xAA, and am running at 1920x1200. Here's what I see with the L96A1 from that same spot:

2. In almost none of your shots do you compensate for bullet drop. The center of your reticle is exactly on their heads. If I attempt such long shots while aiming as you do, I do not score a headshot. What's up with that?

FIRST OF ALL... why does everyone think im sniping the airfield from the hotel building, i took a couple shots from the building to the mountains, then i moved to the mountains to snipe the air base.... so yeah, my graphics aren't THAT high, not while using fraps...

Second of all I DEFINITELY compensate for bullet drop... but with the L9 its never more that a couple ticks.Im pretty exact with it... and its probably my best or second best aspect of sniping (leading targets would be the other) Its tough to be able to see on the video, because of the quality/size but yeah, im never MUCH above the head unless im making shots like the long mountain shots on cleansweep... the drop is a delicate thing to work with. Many snipes suffer from over compensations... most of the time, im a headshot, but i would rather have a headshot/hit chance than a headshot/miss chance so i tend ot undersompensate, unless the target is laying down... then i tend to aim up just a tad more...
