jacob rees-mogg owns a venture capital fund that is offshored and speculated heavily against the fall-out of brexit.

nigel farage's background is literally the city. him and a bunch of his cronies hedged heavily in the currency markets over brexit.

farage even went on tv in the immediate run-up to the brexit result, on the night, and suggested heavily that he thought they'd lost. meanwhile a bunch of last-minute hedges and calls were being made in the background so that they could all profit maximally from the swing in the currency. literally manipulating the markets live on television. utterly shameless.

none of the 'patriots' and big-money men behind brexit, i.e. arron 'kremlin kompromat' banks, are genuinely invested in 'taking back freedom'. it has always been about money.

even the 'reasoned' and 'respectable' face of the conservative's euroskeptics, i.e. those whose best-case scenario is to make the UK more like a european version of singapore, can hardly be said to be thinking about the man in the street. capitalist utopias like singapore are pretty good at sweeping the poor common man off the street, out of sight of the ultra-rich.

Those men were also mostly gay. Those were the gay hobbies. Of course the guys have themselves and others fooled because they aren't taking part in the gay sciences like clothes making and makeup.

Now because of Ron D., my Google feed gets me news from Disney fan blogs. One interesting thing: Disney Land now allows people to buy reservations on rides for $15 each. You buy a reservation for $15 and then show up on a ride at the time and you skip ahead of the line. Brilliant but of course people will be upset still.

I don't think we've heard word one from him since the Z-invasion. Is he still alive? Was he caught with a copy of Sims 4?

It looks like his last post was this time last year, so he made it at least that far.  And what a glorious last post it is.

I have a Russian friend sort of like that on steam when things get political, except he's been very up front and pissed off about how awful the whole covid situation has been there. Haven't heard word one still about Ukraine, a topic I won't be the first to bring up. Still to my recollection, he has family and/or business in both countries. I can't imagine how he feels about the whole thing, but he isn't leaving Zs on people's profiles.

I just checked. The bf2s facebook group was deleted. I tried messaging Shahter through Discord and will see. Otherwise we are just going to have to let the mystery be.

It was comin' right at 'em.

Too bad there weren't any American flags in that mix. Would've benn a good photo op of a cop grinding his boot into one.
