The server list was never broke, until someone at EA decided it worked too good and "fixed" it.

I followed a link from another thread where someone said this thread would explain why the EA US Official servers aren't online... maybe I'm missing it but I don't see how this thread explains why they're not coming up in the server list... unless of course EA never rebooted their own servers...

afaik the official EA Servers are still running 1.22 - that's why you don't see them in your server browser.

looks like they must be finally patching them today - according to game-monitor they have some activity on them... unless that's just the folks that refused to patch to 1.3...

That's the folk that didn't patch to 1.3

Game monitor provides a lot of information about the server, you can look which version is running on the server. I did look into some EA servers, and they are all running Version 1.1.2720-552.0. This is Patch Version 1.22. The actual Version 1.3 should show 1.1.2878-710.0.
