Left out delicious stir-fry because limited poll options and egg content can be spread pretty thin. Left out pickled because those are for maniacs, sorry.

My tier list:

1. in a basket (even the smell is amazing).
2. omelette.
3. scrambled then seasoned.
4. rancheros.
5. side dish: hard-boiled (salted) or deviled.
6. sandwich (hard boiled from egg slicer as an ingredient), love these for picnicking. bonus if the bread was previously frozen and on the dry and crumbly side. also a stretch for "sandwich," but cut into strips and rolled into gimbap.
7. fried (both sides, over easy's fine), or sunny-side on bibimbap (c.s.b.: I was taught "how to eat that" by a frustrated, random asian grandmother at a restaurant. reminded me of my own. spoiler alert: you're supposed to mix the contents! good times).
8. etc.

I should mention the low-key trailer park freezer bag omelette. Simmered/boiled with whatever else you want in the bag. For me, diced hot peppers (habanero sweet spot). Very easy to make for lots of people at once who want different contents. You can just put their name on the outside of the bag.

Note for hard-boiled, the mineral oil preservative on the shell leeches out when boiling, effectively making them go bad faster. Sweet spot I think is don't let them sit longer than about a week.

I mean there's like 100 different ways to serve an omelette. Fluffy, well done, french style, spanish etc. Omelette & scrambled are a different territory here.

Benedict is just a poached egg but with hollandaise, can be served on ham or salmon w/e with spinach or a bed of lettuce. Out of the above list that's definitely the tastiest though.

One of my personal favourites is the Chinese tomato and egg stir fry. I've never really recreated it like I ate them there, 10/10 dish. They might add some msg or something else I dunno.

True, though we don't have 100 poll options. Very generalized by necessity. Almost combined benedict with sandwich but bleh.

Egg feels like such a guilty addition to stir fry, but that doesn't stop me. Very satisfying to see take form alongside the vegetables. Great stuff alongside brown rice.

Also pan-scrambled with half-boiled broccoli and cheese.

Disclaimer: am not a cook.

For the purposes of this discussion I feel that within any dish, egg should be one of the main components. In most stir fries it's an additional ingredient.

There's also sous vide egg. And lots of oven possibilities. This is a YT classic:

You can recognise the chef's skill by his monotonous, soulless tone of voice. The best chefs hate being alive. (I had a very dark joke here that I'll edit out)

As opposed to Gordon Ramsay, who looks like he's ready to jump out of his own skin just cooking rice.

It's probably easier to get away with the poll generalization by mostly sticking with egg-themed dishes, rather than every dish that has egg in it.

That striped omelette reminds me of Beetlejuice, lol.

Scrambled with plenty of pepper.

Solid choice. I'd be down for a peppered scramble even if I could bounce it off the floor.

I mix my scrambled eggs with cheese before I cook it. Then I lightly pepper it.

I suppose the best way is sunny/over easy, followed by poached. Whatever way lets the yolk slip through and cover whatever you're eating.

I'll eat it any way it's prepared. I eat eggs like I'm a snake

I'm down with a good quiche too. Haven't had one of those in a while.

Anyone ever make an omelette with just the egg whites and then put the yolk in the middle? One of my brothers swears by it.

Get the creaminess of the less cooked yolk with the firm whites. I'd try that at least twice.

Sourdough toasted both sides on a thin layer of avocado oil with an egg in the middle and melted gouda cheese on top is mint. If I'm feeling particularly shameless, that slice of bread will go into another sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, and artichoke spread.

I love that meme.

I'm probably at a sweet spot between generations so I can assume either stereotype I want. Also, avocados are not that expensive here if you know where to buy (also sometimes reasonable at just a supermarket), and neither is the cooking oil.

I haven't tried making it but the guides make it look mostly straightforward. Only moderately fiddly.

I have a steam egg cooker that can do scrambled eggs. It turns the scrambled eggs into like egg patties. Perfect for putting between two pieces of toast.
