So it may just be my broke ass computer, but when I installed 1.3 my Copperhead seems to not like Tanks and APCs. The game plays as normal until i jump in a tank and try to look up and over at the same time. It seems as though the computer just loses the data from the mouse when I swing up and over. In other words, i can use the x axis and y axis separately fine, but x+y makes for a laggy death.
  Running newest drivers/firmware for mouse and Forceware.

Any Help would be appreciated.

Mine runs fine, check your drivers and see if there are any newer ones out.

i have a copperhead tempest green first edition, i have a lot of issues since the 1.3 patch. (6.09 driver with 6.17 firmware). sometimes it simply turns off, and i have to unplug and plug again the usb cable to the computer. most of the times, however, it misses some movements (like i turn but no response in game), then freezes (mouse lit but not responding, no movements nor fire). then after a few seconds you hear the microsoft sound like when you plug in a new usb device and the mouse start working again but with factory default settings. it doesn't happen in every server though, that's why i think the problem is battlefield and its crappy patch. i mean, if it was the mouse then i'd have these issues every time, not only on some servers

This is off topic but did you know that in  the sceen of Indiana Jones that razz put up Harrison Ford was very sick. He was sweating for real. The producers were going to change the sceen so he could be sitting but he insisted on doing it the right way.

Check the settings in the controlsmenu, might wanna change the settings to less sensitivity on the mouse maybe aswell.

Lol yeah Ford was also supposedly meant to have an epic sword battle with the guy but they changed it at the last minute to him just shooting the guy. The guy was supposedly really annoyed as he had spent weeks training with the sword! Ha.........sucker

I have an Anarchy Red Copperhead and it works great. I would reinstall your drivers.
